Policies

  Freight orders shipped to a residential or home address will incur an additional $85 fee as charged by the freight carrier.
 
  Some "lots" require a minimum quantity purchase. If you order less than minimum, your order may be delayed or suspended.
 
  Order of 1000 sq. ft. or higher, please call our customer service desk for the most accurete and current freight rate.
 
 Any returns must be completed within 30 days of the receipt of order for a credit to be issued.
 
 Any carpet that has been installed is not returnable.
 
 All returns are charged a 25% restocking fee.
 
 This restocking fee is credited on any new order placed within receipt of the original order as long as the new order is for a dollar amount at least equal to the original order for material.
 
 Shipping is non-refundable in any case and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
 
 We recommend that a sample be requested for a certain tile before a purchase is made.
